Beauty Inc, a leader in the beauty and fashion industry, is seeking a talented CRM or Klaviyo Specialist to join our team onsite. We’re looking for a CRM genius who can leverage data to create impactful email campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and drive customer loyalty.
Budget Range: $300 - $850, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns using Klaviyo or other CRM platforms.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for segmentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure CRM strategies align with brand goals.
- Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights for ongoing optimization.
- Stay updated on best practices and new features in Klaviyo and CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CRM or Klaviyo Specialist with a track record of successful engagement strategies.
- Expertise in CRM tools, especially Klaviyo, with strong skills in segmentation and analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
