Beauty Inc, a prominent brand in the beauty and fashion industry, is looking for a PR/Affiliation Specialist to manage influencer and affiliate programs onsite. This role involves identifying and hiring influencers, managing affiliate partnerships, and tracking program success to drive brand awareness.
Budget Range: $300 - $850, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies for influencer and affiliate marketing programs.
- Monitor and report on PR and affiliate activity performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PR, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and affiliate platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
