Beauty Inc, a leader in the beauty and fashion industry, is looking for an experienced Operations/Project Manager to join our team onsite. This role will manage our Shopify store, handle order processing, and oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and an excellent customer experience.
Budget Range: $300 - $850, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store to improve user experience and drive sales.
- Oversee order processing, inventory management, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations or Project Manager, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and order management systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
