Beauty Inc, a leader in the beauty and fashion industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team onsite. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

Budget Range: $300 - $850, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for the customer.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any product or service issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Upsell and recommend complementary products to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems (e.g., Freshdesk) is a plus.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members effectively.
