About the Role
We are looking for a Web Designer with strong aesthetic sensibility and a solid understanding of beauty/luxury brand design. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling, conversion-focused web pages, landing pages, and UX flows across our e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact landing pages, PDPs, homepage refreshes, and campaign microsites.
- Translate brand guidelines into clean, consistent on-site visuals.
- Create UX flows that improve conversion, retention, and on-site engagement.
- Work closely with marketing to design pages for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Optimize existing pages for UI/UX improvements.
- Provide design assets (icons, banners, mockups) for web and mobile.
- Perform basic QA to ensure designs are implemented properly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web/UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or beauty/fashion design work.
- Mastery of Figma and/or Canva (required).
- Understanding of user flows, conversion principles, and responsive design.
- Be able to create and follow metrics of created design
- Completion research
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience designing for Shopify, knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion design.
